This is a simple new design clutch release that combines the conventional "A type" and "E type" into one!
The new piston diameter is 36.4mm, which is even larger than the current K-FACTORY piston diameter. ・GPZ900R / ZRX / ZZR stock piston diameter:33.5mm ・ZZR1400 / ZX-14R:35.7mm
In addition to the conventional double O-ring, a new Teflon wear ring is used to achieve smoother and more loss-free movement. The release is also machined with high precision while considering the strength to the very limit. By matching with the NEW piston, it is now possible to achieve even "lighter clutch operation" with the stock master! The surface is anodized, and you can choose from three different colors.
Points of Attention

The stock size of the piston on slave is 35.7mm. Small changes here have big gains. K-Factory slave is 36.4mm with teflon wear ring that reduces friction. This already gives a good gain. I went with combination of RCS(Ratio Click System) 18 or 20 mm on the master. This will give options and keeps the lever travel shorter as the bigger slave has the negative side effect of increasing the travel on the lever. This to keep the travelclose to stock and the piston design was the key for choosing K-Factory over Oberon that has whopping 38mm piston. That is way too much in my opinion but if you are only changing the slave then maybe but I think even so I would go with K-Factory. The quality appears lot better on K-Factory.View Detail

Installed on ZX14. Works awesome. Clutch become more informative, more light. Clutch now don't loose any hydraulic fluid anymore. Highly Recommended for all ZZR1400, ZX14 ,ZX14R. Better works in combo with K-Factory Sprocket cover.View Detail
I tried to introduce it because it was touching that Clutch became lighter. Installation was able to be done without problems, but in the case of ZZr 1200 the air bleed Valve will be opposite to OEM so it may affect OEM's HoseLine.
